Learn How to Develop Successful Proposals
On Friday, July 13 from 9:00 am-11:00 am, join us for the third meeting of the Business Capacity Development Program’s Professional Development course. The topic of this module is Marketing Your Firm, and we will discuss how to respond to a RFP with a proposal that will set you apart from other applicants.
This will be the third meeting of four, following modules discussing reputations and risks that SWMBEs can face and effective marketing strategies for SWMBEs. Each module begins with an online training curriculum that introduces the topic to class participants. This curriculum is followed by the in-class session and discussion. Participants in the program are also provided the opportunity to receive one-on-one business mentoring. The goal of this course is to help professional services vendors hone their skills in marketing their business, developing proposals, and project management so that they can successfully develop the capacity of their business and partner with Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District on a variety of projects.
